The spreadsheet settings govern the WhatsOrder page. On your computer, please change the spreadsheet timezone to your local timezone, and this will solve the issue.

This is an issue with the settings of the browser. Try going in to settings, apps, all apps, clear the default for your browser. (Force Stop the app after clearing data and cache)
